The chain of supermarkets "Tsiran" hires employees to work in the call center.


  1. Answer phone calls
  2. Reply to messages in online chat
  3. Making sales by phone
  4. Consult the clients, helping them to do online purchases
  5. Problem solving

Shift work schedule


  1. Hardworking
  2. Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian or English languages (both written and oral). 
  3. Ability to work both in a team and independently
  4. Ability to communicate with clients competently and patiently 
  5. Punctuality
  6. A sense of responsibility
  7. Attention to details
  8. University degree

Work experience is not required

  • Collection of goods for incoming orders from the buyer
  • Assistant in all sections of the store (temporarily to get acquainted with the assortment)
