“Tsiran” supermarket chain is searching for organized and active employees in the call center aged up to 35. Shift work schedule: 8 hours, 6 days. 

Responsibilities.

• Answer clients’ calls, messages and questions
• Full formation of the order
• Client consultancy, guide to online purchases
• Solve emerging issues

Skills required. 

• Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Communicate competently and patiently with clients
• Flexibility and orientate quickly
• Sense of responsibility
• Attention to details
• Higher education

Work experience in customer service will be considered as an advantage.

couriers with their own vehicles to deliver the orders of the supermarket.

•  The work schedule in shifts: 8 hours, 6 days
•  Salary: 200,000 + bonuses + fuel and car wear and tear expenses

Responsibilities.

• Receive collected orders
• Ensure and carry out safe transportation of orders

 

Requirements:

• Driving license: class B
• Own a car or moped/motorcycle
• Knowledge of the streets of Yerevan

• Occupancy type: permanent
• Salary: 100.000 + bonuses
• Working hours՝ shifts (8 hours from 08:00-24:00)
• Work schedule՝ full-time (6 days)
• Location of workplace՝ Kentron, Barekamutyun
