Description.

“Tsiran” supermarket chain is searching for organized and active employees in the call center aged up to 35. Shift work schedule: 8 hours, 6 days. 

Responsibilities.

  • Answer clients’ calls, messages and questions
  • Full formation of the order
  • Client consultancy, guide to online purchases
  • Solve emerging issues

Skills required. 

  • Knowledge of Armenian, Russian or English languages
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Communicate competently and patiently with clients
  • Flexibility and orientate quickly
  • Sense of responsibility
  • Attention to details
  • Higher education

Work experience in customer service will be considered as an advantage.
