Description.
“Tsiran” supermarket chain is searching for organized and active employees in the call center aged up to 35. Shift work schedule: 8 hours, 6 days.
Responsibilities.
- Answer clients’ calls, messages and questions
- Full formation of the order
- Client consultancy, guide to online purchases
- Solve emerging issues
Skills required.
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian or English languages
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Communicate competently and patiently with clients
- Flexibility and orientate quickly
- Sense of responsibility
- Attention to details
- Higher education
Work experience in customer service will be considered as an advantage.
